POLICIES No Deposit = No Appointment Deposits are nonrefundable, except in the rare case that I have to cancel. If you arrive early for your appointment, feel free to relax in the waiting area until it's time for your session to begin. Your grace period is 10 minutes. I'll do my best to accommodate and make the most of the time we have left together. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'll ensure you still receive a quality service within the remaining time. No call, no show = you'll have to pay the full price of your service or won't be accepted for future appointments Rescheduling needs to be done at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, it will be treated as a cancellation. If you cancel 48 hours before, you'll need to pay 50% of your service on the same day. Cancelling 24 hours before or Same Day requires full payment on the same day.
